Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 18, 2026
By using Toolozy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. See also our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect.
What the site does
Toolozy provides free online tools for working with files — some run entirely in your browser, and a few run on our servers. Every tool page is labelled with how it works; see About Toolozy for what each label means.
No warranty
Tools are provided "as is", free of charge, without any warranty of any kind — including that a tool will be available, error-free, or produce output fit for a particular purpose. Some tools generate documents you may use for real-world purposes (invoices, fee slips, contracts, policies, resumes and similar). You are responsible for checking the accuracy, legal validity and suitability of anything a tool generates before you rely on it, send it to someone else, or use it for an official purpose.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to:
- Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone else's rights.
- Send spam, phishing links, or malware — including through the URL Shortener or contact forms.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or abuse-prevention measures.
- Interfere with the site's normal operation, or access it in a way not permitted by these terms.
We may block, rate-limit, or remove content or access from anyone who breaks these rules — for example, a shortened link reported for abuse can be disabled without notice.
Files you upload
For tools that process a file on our servers, you confirm you have the right to upload and process that file. As described in our Privacy Policy, uploaded files and their results are deleted from our servers immediately after processing — we don't keep, inspect, or claim any ownership over your files or what they contain.
Intellectual property
The Toolozy name, branding, design and underlying code belong to their respective owners. Anything a tool generates for you from your own input (a PDF, image, document, or similar) is yours to use.
Third-party services
Some pages use third-party services such as Google reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolozy and its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or its tools — including loss of data, revenue, or reliance on a document a tool generated.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continuing to use Toolozy after an update means you accept the revised terms — check back here occasionally, especially if you use the site regularly.
